Shipping and delivery

The carrier is Swiss Post, and plants are sent by economy parcel post in Switzerland only. Swiss Cold Hardy Cactus cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Plants are sent bare-rooted and protected in a parcel.

In the event of severe cold weather, Swiss Cold Hardy Cactus reserves the right to delay shipment in order to guarantee the quality of the plants delivered. Plants are generally shipped within one week of ordering.

Returns and warranty

No returns are possible and no guarantee is offered. I undertake not to send any diseased or weakened plants.
